Ballard High School senior Gabe Sisk, a two-time first-team All-State basketball selection, has committed to East Tennessee State University.

Sisk announced his commitment Tuesday night on Twitter.

The 6-foot-6 Sisk averaged 23 points and 9.1 rebounds last season for a Bruins team that finished 26-5 after falling in the semifinals of the Seventh Region Tournament. Sisk shot 50.1% from the field, 40.2% from 3-point range (78 of 194) and 73.3% from the free-throw line.

He was named Seventh Region Player of the Year by the Kentucky Association of Basketball Coaches and The Courier Journal. He finished his career with 2,051 points, becoming the fourth player in program history to surpass 2,000 points.
