The UNC basketball program won’t return to the court for games until this Fall but the team did hold some summer practices and pickup games.
After the Carolina Basketball camp saw former players return to face off against current players in the iconic scrimmages, Hubert Davis and his team hit the court as they continue on the offseason work. Last week was the first practices of the summer for the Tar Heels and now we have some footage.
The official Twitter account for the program tweeted out a video of summer sessions, showing off this new-look roster that includes four transfers and a two-man 2023 recruiting class:
The 39-second video shows off the team doing some shooting drills as well as finishing in the paint with dunks and even an Armando Bacot one-handed shot.
It’s tough to take anything away from this video in terms of improvement or anything like that, but it’s nice to see some clips of the team putting in the work for the upcoming season.
