Oakland basketball alum Blake Lampman joining Michigan State as a graduate assistant

According to a report from Griffin Beers, a writer covering the Oakland Men’s Basketball team, Oakland basketball alum Blake Lampman is joining the Michigan State basketball staff as a graduate assistant.

Lampman is from the East Lansing area, where he played for Haslett HIgh School. He has played the most games in Oakland basketball history, and caught the attention of Izzo during this past season. Now, he will join Izzo’s staff.

Oakland grad and Lansing area native Blake Lampman has joined the staff at Michigan State as a Graduate Assistant. After breaking OU’s school record for games played under the longest tenured coach in the country, Lampman will work with the 2nd longest tenured coach in Tom Izzo
