Oklahoma State men’s basketball signs Serbian freshman Andrija Vukovic, per report

The OSU men’s basketball team is adding Serbian forward Andrija Vukovic to its 2024-25 roster, according to a report Sunday.

Vukovic is a 6-foot-11, 265-pound prospect in the 2024 recruiting class who originally signed with Wisconsin on June 10. DraftExpress’ Jon Chepkevich first reported the news.

Vukovic recently played for KK Vrsac in the Basketball League of Serbia. He averaged 6.1 points and 2.5 rebounds on 66% shooting from the floor in 13 minutes per game.

Vukovic also played for Crvena Zvezda’s U-19 team in the Junior ABA League during the 2022-23 season. He averaged 17 points, 7.5 rebounds and three assists on 65% shooting from the floor in 26.5 minutes per game.

Vukovic is the first freshman addition to OSU’s 2024-25 roster, which features nine scholarship transfers. The incoming class joins returners Connor Dow, Jamyron Keller and Bryce Thompson.

OSU team went 12-20 (4-14 Big 12) last season and missed out on the NCAA Tournament. The Cowboys then fired head coach Mike Boynton on March 14 and hired Steve Lutz on April 1.
