Defensively, CSUB’s Fidelis Okereke had a team-high nine rebounds and Marvin McGhee III had seven. CSUB outrebounded the Bison 31-25.

North Dakota State (1-2) made 17 of 29 field goals in the first half and added 7 three-pointers en route to the halftime lead. In the second half, CSUB limited the Bison offensively as they only made 9 of 21 shots and only 2 of 12 three-pointers.
