Headline: NBA Draft 2025 Set for June 25-26: Two-Day Event Returns to Barclays Center

For the second consecutive year, the NBA Draft will be held over two days.

On Tuesday, the league confirmed that the 2025 NBA Draft, sponsored by State Farm, is scheduled for June 25 and 26 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

According to the official announcement: “Today, the National Basketball Association (NBA) revealed that the NBA Draft 2025 presented by State Farm will occur on Wednesday, June 25, and Thursday, June 26, at Barclays Center, home of the Brooklyn Nets, in Brooklyn, N.Y. Coverage on both nights will kick off at 8 p.m. ET across ESPN platforms.

The first round is set for June 25 and will be broadcast on ABC, ESPN, and the ESPN App, while the second round will take place on June 26, also available on ESPN and the ESPN App. ESPN Radio will provide national coverage of the NBA Draft 2025 presented by State Farm.

This year’s NBA Draft will again follow a two-day format. Similar to last year, a five-minute time limit will be enforced between selections in the first round, while a four-minute limit will apply to the second round.”

Notable prospects from Europe in this year’s draft include Egor Demin, Nolan Traore, Noa Essengue, Ben Saraf, Kasparas Jakucionis, and Hugo Gonzalez.

Cooper Flagg is anticipated to be the number one overall pick.

After the conclusion of the 2024-25 Regular Season, the draft lottery will determine the teams picking in positions one through fourteen, with the remaining order established by the overall standings of the Regular Season.
