Numerous exciting emerging talents from Europe showcased their skills at the Castrol Rising Stars event held at Chase Center on Friday. However, none were able to advance to Team Candace and secure a spot in the upcoming NBA All-Star Game as part of the mini-tournament concluding the All-Star Weekend in San Francisco this Sunday.

Before stepping into the dunk contest, Stephon Castle of the San Antonio Spurs received the accolade of Most Valuable Player at the Rising Stars event after scoring 12 points, helping Team C secure a 25-14 victory against the G League team in the championship. He will join teammates Dalton Knecht, Keyonte George, Ryan Dunn, Zach Edey, Jaylen Wells, and Trayce Jackson-Davis for the 74th annual All-Star Game.
