Nikola Jokić may not have achieved another triple-double, as he finished just one rebound or assist short for the sixth time this season, yet he still showcased a remarkable performance in the NBA.
The Serbian center spearheaded the Denver Nuggets to a 125-116 victory against the Indiana Pacers, setting a personal best in assists.
Jokić concluded the matchup with 19 assists, alongside 18 points on 9-of-14 shooting. He also recorded nine rebounds and four steals, making him the first player in NBA history to register such statistics in a single game.
In a different matchup, fellow Serbian Bogdan Bogdanović managed to score 13 points in the LA Clippers’ 106-97 defeat to the Detroit Pistons, but struggled from three-point range with a 1-of-12 performance. Ivica Zubac also contributed 13 points for the Clippers, complementing his stats with 16 rebounds.
The Chicago Bulls dominated the Philadelphia 76ers on the road, winning 142-110, with Matas Buzelis pouring in 17 points and providing five assists for the victors, while Guerschon Yabusele failed to register any points for the 76ers.

Deni Avdija shined in the Portland Trail Blazers’ narrow 114-112 victory against the Utah Jazz, scoring 18 points, grabbing 14 rebounds, and dishing out five assists. Teammate Toumani Camara supported with eight points and eight rebounds, while Svi Mykhailiuk tallied 10 points for the Jazz.
Finally, Domantas Sabonis contributed seven points, 10 rebounds, and seven assists in the Sacramento Kings’ resounding 130-88 win over the Charlotte Hornets. Jonas Valančiūnas added six points and eight rebounds for the Hornets, while Moussa Diabaté scored 12 points along with seven rebounds. Jusuf Nurkić also made an impact with 12 points and nine rebounds.
