The Atlanta Hawks have officially announced the signing of forward/guard Nikola Djurisic on Thursday.

Djurisic was selected 43rd overall in the 2024 NBA Draft and was brought to Atlanta as part of a three-team trade involving the Miami Heat and Houston Rockets on June 27. He played the 2024-25 season with the College Park Skyhawks, the Hawks’ G League affiliate, where he averaged 10.5 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 3.5 assists over 32 games.
Before his time in the G League, the 6-foot-8 Serbian talent made a name for himself with Mega Basket in the Adriatic League, where he averaged 15.4 points, 2.9 rebounds, and 3.5 assists per game during the 2023-24 season. Djurisic has also garnered several honors, including the 2022-23 Adriatic League Top Prospect Award, as well as MVP recognition at the U19 Adriatic Junior League and the 2021-22 EuroLeague Adidas Next Generation Tournament.
