Devin Booker gifts Michigan State basketball custom Nike shoes ahead of Suns-Pistons exhibition

Christmas has come early for the Michigan State basketball team.

The Spartans shared their gift from Booker on X (formerly Twitter), as the Grand Rapids, Michigan native met with Tom Izzo and his team before Tuesday night’s exhibition game.

“Got the little Sparty right here. All green, you know. Shoutout D-Book, man. Came through clutch for the guys. We here,” Michigan State redshirt freshman guard Jeremey Fears Jr. said in the video.

Booker is entering his 10th season in the NBA, all with Phoenix. The 6-foot-3 guard helped USA Basketball to gold this past summer at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

The Spartans were projected to finish fifth in the Big Ten Conference this season in this season’s Big Ten preseason poll conducted by The Columbus Dispatch and The Indianapolis Star.
