The Los Angeles Clippers’ brand new $2 billion arena, the Intuit Dome, will be christened on Wednesday night when the team plays the Phoenix Suns for their first game of the 2024-25 season. The Western conference matchup will be missing a few players due to injury: the Suns’ Josh Okogie has been dealing with hamstring issues which kept him out of recent practices, while the Clippers’ Kawhi Leonard, still dealing with knee trouble, is also out of commission for the foreseeable future.
