In a thrilling matchup this NBA season, two of the league’s most captivating teams, the Detroit Pistons and the Cleveland Cavaliers, clashed, with the Pistons pulling off an impressive 133-122 victory on the Cavaliers’ home turf.
Despite the absence of Cade Cunningham, the Pistons managed to upset the Eastern Conference’s top-ranked team, largely due to Dennis Schroder’s stellar performance, which included 17 points, 10 assists, and 7 rebounds. This marked the first 15-10-5 game recorded since 2017, as per Stats Muse.
Schroder reflected on the teamwork displayed during the game, saying, “Tonight we had a next man up mindset; with Cade out and a few others missing, everyone stepped up. We came together to make it happen.”
