Following a challenging shot over Isaiah Hartenstein, Luka Doncic seemed to exchange words with a fan, prompting the referee to issue a second technical foul, leading to his ejection from the game.
From that moment on, the Oklahoma City Thunder took charge, ultimately defeating the Los Angeles Lakers with a score of 136–120.
Prior to his exit, Doncic had been the standout player for the Lakers, contributing 23 points and five assists.
“I’ve never had a fan thrown out. Never. But if they’re going to engage, I’ll respond, as I always do. That didn’t involve the referee, so I really didn’t understand,” Doncic expressed in response to his ejection.

Without their Slovenian star, the LA team struggled to maintain their footing and fell to the Western Conference leaders, with Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scoring an impressive 42 points. Meanwhile, Hartenstein, the German big man, contributed eight points and 15 rebounds to help secure the victory for the Thunder.
