Illinois players in the NBA

Illinois has seen three players from its 2023-24 Elite Eight team head to the NBA since the draft last week, including Terrence Shannon Jr., who was picked 27th overall by Minnesota.

Exhibit-10 contracts are unguaranteed one-year deals, essentially an NBA training camp invite contract that the franchise can waive without financial penalty and includes an option for the team to convert into a two-way contract. Exhibit-10 contract players are likely to play for an NBA team’s summer league squad.

Domask, a three-time all-Missouri Valley Conference pick while at Southern Illinois, earned All-Big Ten first-team honors with the Illini, where the guard averaged 15.9 points, 5.0 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game. He was a key part of an Illinois offense that ranked third in the nation in efficiency last season.
